As an explanation, I move between Juneau, Alaska and Phoenix, Arizona. I update my home base location on the calendar, but I am also open to traveling for 5-10 days at a time.
For new clinics, I prefer to schedule 1-2 days at the beginning, to make sure we are a good fit, before scheduling a larger number of days. I like to plan a phone or video meeting (unless I am in the area and can visit in person) to go over a list of orientation questions that allow me to “hit the ground running” in a new practice.
