PHILOSOPHY:
My goal is to provide relief for hardworking veterinarians and to give practice owners peace of mind that their clients and patients will be cared for well. I value communication: by keeping detailed medical records to facilitate transition of care to other veterinary team members, and by respectfully listening to and educating clients.

- Created estimate templates to standardize and improve efficiency.
- Implemented automatic vaccination info attached to vaccination entry (saving staff time entering each vaccine individually).
- Edited clinic website and helped develop brochure.
